Principals of all VHS Schools are requested to take urgent steps to forward the details of the students those who are eligible for grace marks in the ensuing VHS Examinations March 2010 based on their performance in the state/National Level Youth Festival and Sports.
Prepare and forward the proposals of grace marks on the basis of Youth festival to the Director, VHSE, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 23-03-2010 and the proposals on the basis of Sports to the DPI, Thiruvananthapuram.
Proposals without register numbers of the candidates will not be entertained and hence prepare the proposals in the prescribed format with utmost care.
