Rail (Outside the State of Kerala)
First Class / Second Class air-conditioned railway fare +25 paise per k.m. as incidental expenses.
For journeys by road irrespective of the distance travelled - at the rate of rupees six per km.
Free Transit coupons of aggregate value of ` 3.00 lakhs (including Rail Travel Coupon per Year
(for the use of members and his or her spouse and one companion by any class by any railway in India)

Services of the officer of his choice below or equivalent to the rank of Under Secretary to the Government and in addition an amount of `20000/- shall be paid directly by the Legislature Secretariat to each of the two staff of every member as Staff Allowance.
Interest Free Vehicle Advance up to Rupees Ten Lakhs.
House Building Advance upto Rupees Twenty Lakhs at reduced rate of interest.
Books Allowance `15000/- for every financial year.

RATE OF PENSION

ഇതൊന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് വായിക്കണേ..
For any period below two Years `8000.00
For two years in the aggregate `8000.00
For three Years in the aggregate `12000.00
For four Years in the aggregate `16000.00
For five Years in the aggregate `20000.00
എന്താല്ലേ?
'For any period below two years' ന്ന്..
Provided that where any person has served as a Member as stated in sub-section (1) of section 2 for a period exceeding five years, there shall be paid to him an additional pension of 1000 Rupees per mensum for every year in excess of five Years;
Provided further that in calculating the net qualifying period for pension, fraction of half year and above shall be rounded to the next completed Year;
Provided also that the Ex-members may be paid an additional pension of `3000/-per mensum on completion of Seventy years of age, `3500/- per mensum on completion of Eighty years of age;
Provided also that the maximum pension to which a member is eligible under this act shall not, in the aggregate, exceed ` 50000/- per mensem.
The Ex-members are also eligible for Rail Travel Coupon for travel by rail or Fuel Coupon for the purchase of fuel for the travel in private vehicle of an aggregate value of `75000/- for a period of 12 calendar months ( w.e.f 01.04.2018).
